1. Agent Conduct & Referrals
- Fake, fabricated or incentivised referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent registrations using forged or borrowed identities are prohibited.
- Duplicate entries - the same farmer/partner referred more than once - are not permitted and will be rejected automatically.
2. Suspension & Termination
- JJISPL may suspend or terminate any agent account on detection of fraud, policy violations, or repeated risk flags.
- A suspended agent cannot receive new referral credit or commissions during the suspension period.
3. Commission & Payout
- Commission is calculated only from genuine registrations completed through JJISPL product apps using a valid Agent ID.
- Commission is released only after the referred user completes the retention period (default 30 days).
- Eligible commissions are subject to admin approval before payout.
4. KYC & Legal Compliance
- Agents must provide accurate KYC details (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account). Sensitive fields are stored encrypted.
- Agents must comply with all applicable Indian laws and JJISPL network policies.
5. Privacy Policy
- Personal and KYC data is used solely for agent verification, commission processing and fraud prevention.
- Data is not shared with third parties except as required for payout processing or legal compliance.
